Lake Host Program Opens for 2026!

The Kingston Lake Association’s Lake Host Program is one of the most important tools protecting the health of Great Pond. Trained Lake Hosts conduct voluntary inspections of boats, trailers, and gear at the State and Town boat launches to help prevent the spread of invasive aquatic plants and animals before they enter the lake. In 2025, volunteers and staff completed over 2,500 inspections and worked more than 340 hours helping keep the lake safe for recreation, fishing, boating, and wildlife. The program is funded from NH Lakes and the Kingston Conservation Commission, along with the dedicated staff who care deeply about preserving the lake for future generations.
